Frequently Asked Questions on Attachment Rentals
We carry two categories of rentals — standard attachments and hydraulic attachments. Standard options include auger bits in eight sizes from 4 to 24 inches, auger extensions in 24 and 48 inch lengths, 48-inch pallet forks and buckets in various sizes. Hydraulic attachments include an auger drive, 60-inch bucket sweeper, 500 ft/lb concrete breaker, 6-inch by 4-foot trencher and a 62-inch offset tiller.
Our standard and hydraulic attachments are compatible with Bobcat skid steers, compact track loaders and mini track loaders. If you're unsure whether a specific attachment will fit your machine, contact us before booking and our team can confirm compatibility.
Yes — attachments can be rented together with any of our skid steer, track loader or compact excavator rentals. Ask our team when booking and we'll help you put together the right combination for your job.
Standard attachment rates start at $30/day for auger bits. Hydraulic attachment rates start at $110/day for the auger drive, up to $270/day for the trencher. Weekly rates offer meaningful savings over the daily rate. Note that monthly rates are not available on auger bits and extensions.
A one-day rental is defined as either 24 hours of clock time or 8 hours on the machine's hour meter — whichever comes first.
All attachments must be returned clean. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
The right auger bit depends on your application. Common sizes and uses: 4–6 inch for fence posts and small plantings; 9–12 inch for deck posts, signs and larger plantings; 15–18 inch for utility poles, trees and larger posts; 22–24 inch for large-diameter holes and commercial applications. Extensions are available in 24 and 48 inch lengths if you need additional depth.
