IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATE – TABER TRANSITION
Dear Valued Customer,
We are reaching out to share an important update regarding our operations in the Taber region.
After careful review and consideration, Chinook Equipment has made the decision to close our Taber branch, with the official closure date set for February 1, 2026. Moving forward, all service support for the Taber area will be delivered through our expanded Lethbridge facility.
LOOKING AHEAD – OUR COMMITMENT TO IMPROVED SERVICE
This transition gives us the opportunity to strengthen our service and parts operations. By consolidating operations into Lethbridge, we will be able to provide more consistent scheduling, improved coordination, and increased access to technicians, as well as consolidating our parts inventory to make it more efficient for you, the customer,
To ensure a smooth transition:
- Travel costs for current Taber-area customers will be discussed with each customer. Our goal is to retain you as customers and provide great service and parts support. More details will be communicated to each of you as we work through this transition.
- Dispatching, scheduling, and phone support will gradually transition to the Lethbridge branch in the coming weeks. All phone numbers will remain intact.
- All equipment brands and product lines previously supported in Taber will continue to be fully serviced.
